Basic rules - what to wear to paintball?

• Long pants - joggers, cargo, old jeans
• Long-sleeve shirt - hoodie, sweatshirt, long-sleeve tee
• Closed shoes - sneakers or hiking boots (no sandals!)
• Clothes you do not mind getting dirty - paint washes off, but it is better not to wear your best outfit

Summer

When it is hot:

• but you move a lot - dress so you do not overheat
• knee pads can help (lots of crouching and cover)
